What The Form Collects

The quote form asks for your name, phone number and email address, and optionally the property address, ZIP code, what sort of tank situation you have, what brought you here, and anything you want to add in your own words.

The page you submitted from is recorded with it, along with the campaign parameters in the URL if you arrived from an advertisement or a referral link. That is how we know which page produced an enquiry.

What Happens To It

It is used to answer your enquiry and to quote for the work. That is the whole purpose.

It is not sold, rented, or passed to third-party marketers, and you are not added to a mailing list by submitting the form. If we need to pass your details to the contractor who would carry out the work, that is the only onward disclosure, and it exists so somebody can quote rather than for any marketing reason.

Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script endpoint. If you want your enquiry deleted, say so in reply to us and it will be removed.

Cookies And Analytics

No analytics tag loads and no analytics cookie is set unless you accept it through the consent banner. Declining leaves the site fully functional.

Campaign parameters from your arrival URL are held in your browser's own storage for the length of your visit so they can be attached to a form submission. Nothing is read from it for any other purpose.

What This Site Does Not Do

It does not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, session recording, heat mapping or chat widgets.

It does not filter or discard a submission on the browser side. Every submission is sent, and if it fails you are shown a failure rather than a thank-you page.
